How Can We Help?

The Hamilton County Help Center - Juvenile Court Division can assist with custody issues. This Help Center satellite office is staffed by an attorney and is a partnership between Hamilton County Clerk of Courts, Juvenile Court, and University of Cincinnati College of Law.

The Help Center – Juvenile Court Division is located inside Hamilton County Juvenile Court, 800 Broadway, first floor, 513-946-9442. Hours are Monday-Wednesday & Friday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.; Thursday 8 a.m.-3 p.m.

Our attorney cannot represent you in court, but we can offer limited legal advice and education around the following issues:

• Shared parenting (Custody between both parents)
• Shared Custody (Custody between a parent and non-parent (for example, a relative))
• Parenting Time (Parent's visitation with a child)
• Companionship Time (Non-parent's visitation with a child)
