The Hamilton County Clerk of Courts Help Center - Domestic Relations Division can assist with issues in the Court of Domestic Relations. This Help Center satellite office is staffed by an attorney and is a partnership between Hamilton County Clerk of Courts, the Court of Domestic Relations, and University of Cincinnati Donald P. Klekamp College of Law.

The Clerk of Courts Help Center – Domestic Relations Court Division is located inside Hamilton County Domestic Relations Court, 800 Broadway, first floor, 513-946-9160. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-3 p.m.

Our attorney cannot represent you in court, but we can offer limited legal advice and education around the following issues:

• limited legal advice to survivors of domestic or dating violence regarding their Domestic or Dating Violence Civil Protection Order (DVCPO) cases.
• assist eligible self-represented litigants in completing their divorce, dissolution, legal separation, or annulment petitions and preparing for trial in Domestic Relations matters.
